Currently True North Turbines  is developing Transport Canada approved PT6A model training. Our goal is to provide courses in the following:

 

PT6A Introduction and Familiarization

Hot Section Inspection - incorporating scoping and splitting engines at the C flange

Hot Section Removal and Installation

 

ENGINE MANAGEMENT

 

Customers with higher engine management requirements can benefit from our years of experience with:

ECTM monitoring and analysis using our preferred program

Engine shop visit, management, through repair and overhaul processes

Warranty and insurance claims

Engine overhaul and cost savings analysis

FIELD SERVICE

Our trained personnel can offer 24 hour technical field service for both on and off wing occurrences. With our affiliate company Kenn Borek Air we deliver extensive AMO capabilities. We can go anywhere and complete almost any task related to PT6 engine repair.

REGULATORY SUPPORT

True North Turbines offers our customers historical and analytical data to support enhanced TBO by all local airworthiness authorities worldwide. Our trained personnel will meet the requirements to prepare and guide our customers through this sometimes difficult process.

ENGINE COMPONENTS REPAIR

Through our affiliate company Kenn Borek Air (KBA), we can offer a variety of engine and component repairs. KBA is one of the larger world wide operators of PT6A engines, and performs in-house maintenance and repairs on engines. True North Turbines is able to utilize KBA's experience, knowledge, approved repairs, established vendors and infrastructure to offer our customers competitive prices.
